- Provide timely veterinary care, vaccinations, and emergency aid.
- No cow shall be sold, traded, or exploited for commercial slaughter.
- Prioritize the rescue of abandoned, injured, and stray cows.
4.2 Infrastructure Policy
- Maintain hygienic, ventilated, and spacious cow shelters (sheds).
- Establish quarantine facilities for sick/infected animals.
- Solar energy systems encouraged for sustainability.

- Promote production and sale of cow-based products: cow dung cakes, gobar gas, Panchagavya, gomutra, soaps, dhoop sticks, etc.

- Ensure proceeds are reinvested into the Gaushala's upkeep.
4.4 Volunteer & Community Engagement Policy
- Promote production and sale of cow-based products: cow dung cakes, gobar gas, Panchagavya, gomutra, soaps, dhoop sticks, etc.
- Follow ethical and hygienic preparation standards.
- Ensure proceeds are reinvested into the Gaushala's upkeep.
4.5 Financial Policy
- Maintain transparent financial records and annual audits.
- Accept donations through legally compliant channels only.
- Maintain emergency reserve funds for medical or disaster situations.
- Allocate funds primarily to cow care, infrastructure, and welfare
4.6 Environmental Policy
- Utilize cow waste for composting, vermiculture, and biogas production.
- Adopt organic farming models using cow-based inputs.
- Ensure zero waste and low carbon operations.
4.7 Legal Compliance Policy
- Register and operate as a Trust/Society/NGO as per local laws
- Ensure compliance with animal welfare, environmental, and tax regulations.
- Maintain cow registration and health documentation.
5. Code of Ethics
- All personnel and volunteers must treat cows with reverence and compassion.
- No acts of cruelty, neglect, or commercial exploitation are permitted.
- Ensure non-discrimination on the basis of caste, religion, gender, or economic background for services or employment.
6. Monitoring & Evaluation
- Monthly reporting on health, deaths, new rescues, and donations.
- Annual audit of finances and infrastructure.
- Annual review of policies with advisory board.
7. Emergency Preparedness Policy
- Maintain disaster management plan (e.g., flood, fire, disease outbreaks).
- Partner with local authorities and veterinary departments for rapid response.
8. Spiritual Integration
- Daily aarti, bhajans, and rituals in honor of Lord Shree Krishna and Gau Mata.
- Festival celebrations like Gopashtami, Janmashtami, and Govardhan Puja with community participation.
9. Policy Revision
- This framework shall be reviewed and revised annually or as required by legal, ethical, or operational needs.
